Unlike our competitors namely mall stores, who will sell you bad quality diamonds that do not have true value based on their rarity.

Cleaning And Polishing Policy

Alexis Diamond House guarantees that they will clean and polish the merchandise free of charge at any time and as many times as the customer requests.

Workmanship Guarantee

Alexis Diamond House guarantees 100% of the workmanship of all merchandise purchased from Alexis Diamond House provided the merchandise has not been damaged. In order for Alexis Diamond House to fulfill its obligations stated in these guarantees the customer must leave the jewelry item for 1-2 business days to have Alexis Diamond House inspect the merchandise every 6 months. The provision voids if taken to another jeweler.
